The situation in Hong Kong is different from that in the UK in that homosexual acts between consenting male,' and in certain circumstances female, adults are illegal. It is therefore more difficult for a homosexual to obtain employment in the Hong Kong Government.

3.

I should be grateful if you would return the file soon since, though the issue is dormant for the moment, it can be taken up again at any time.
