The originally letter was send in December, 1981. the reply letters were entirely limited. The only useful' reply was come from the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office for the Lord Chancellor. The letter stated that they will write me again after hearing information from the Hong Kong 'government'. However, no further answer is send to me after that.
Recently, Jack Carter recieved his honorary doctorate degree in Social Sciences and confered by his 'exce;¡ency' the Governor of Hong Kong and the Chancllor of the University of Hong Kong. He did an excellent job that he confered an amnesty to the 'Royal' Hong Kong Police after their uprising in the Head Office of the 'Independent' Commission Against Corruption. The Honorary doctorate degree in Social Stences was mainly suggested by Dr. Rayson Huang(I believed) for one of the way to defense the post-secondary college status of Lingnan College and his elder brother Raymond Huang, the real chief in the crime in this case. There is no the post of Secretary of Information, in this year, the duty is transfered to the Secretary for Home Affairs. Wong Mei-lien(Ms.), assistant Secretary for Information, who was my night school classmate at that time and one of the main character to direct the whole action. Lingnan College remain the post-secondary college status.
I also must like to point out that Shum Wai-yau, C.B.E., J.P., Chairman and managing director of the Overseas Chinese Daily News, a registered newspaper with legal status and the leading Chinese newspaper in Hong Kong and his son Shum Choi- sang, M.B.E, J.P., manager of the newspaper. The main participants in the case of put me into the mental hospital in force and use police force to threat me over ten times in Causeway Bay district.
I have long and complicated relationship with Wah Kiu Yat Po, the Overseas Chinese Daily News. They really return evil for good. I help the newspaper at least twice through my capability in this few years.
