For this reason, after the summer vacation, I was accepted by the Evening School of Higher Chinese Studies, a government post-secondary night school which run by the Adult Section, Education Department, Hong Kong, as a first year student. After that, I wrote letters to the President of the Hong Kong Baptist College, another post-secondary college in Hong Kong, and head of the Chinese department to express my difficult situation at Lingnan College. But no real help were given. In the academic year of 1979-80, I got scholarship and because of I always expresses my opposite ideas to deal with the Chinese department. The college president at that time Raymond Huang noted me and liked me. However, he keep silence till my so call 'father' went to Lingnan College to talk with this 'lovely president' in the matter of my scholarship and my schooling. In this time, I was 22.
I am the only child in the 'family'. I lost my mother in my childhood. Ill-treated by my 'father' to make me create a totally independent character.
It is because of the ignorance of my father. He followed the guidance of Raymond Huang and gave all my privite life matter material and information to him. Raymond Huang become a Peace of Justice (J.P.), in the summer of 1980 to enable him to have power to do investigations. In British system, a J.P. is appointed by the Lord High Chancellor, the highest legal officer in England, for the British monarch. In Hong Kong, a J.P. is appointed by the Governor, the highest officer in this British Crown Colony for the British monarch. However, a J.P. does not mean that the person must has professional knowledge in law. It is only a title. On the other hand, the person would has legal power in a certain condition. Also, usually, a J.P. is suggested by a higher government officer, Raymond Huang might suggested by the Director of Education at that time for Lingnan College accepted to change the school year system from 1:4 system, the American university system, to 2:2:1 system, a new formed system and there is some difference between the British 2:3 university system. Finally, Raymond Huang dare to investigate my sexual ilfe. The project begin, soon, the 'Royal' Hong Kong Police, the Special Investigation Unit, people used to call political division, know the case. According to the law of this British Crown Colony, Hong Kong, Homesexuality is not yet be ligalized. Raymond Huang and other persons went to meet Jack Carter, K.B.E., J.P., Chief Secretary of Hong Kong, equivialent to Prime Minister of a country, to cancel the case. Dr. Rayson Huang, Raymond Huang's younger brother, Vice-chancellor, University of Hong Kong, British system, a senior officer who actually manage the university and the position is equivialent to a president to most of the American system university. Even-though the University of Hong Kong has the Chancellor and the Pro-chancellor, stop the sequence of make knight. He lost the honour of K.B.E. because of this case. In theory, all the British honours are appointed by the British monarch, actually, for example, in Hong Kong, it is recommended by the Chief Secretary, approved by the Governor and send a list to the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office for waiting the approval of the Foreign Secretary. The British Foreign Secretary finally present the name list to the British monarch and finish the offical proceduce.
The case seems to be stopped. Actually, another tragedy begin. Partly because of a group of people joined together and attempted to against the government for the action of rescue. Partly because of these people emphasized the intellect and capability of myself. Jack Carter stated that the person (me) should have no social status for the person is too danger- ous and he might cause damage to the government of Hong Kong.
