BLAKER v. PRIVATE EYE
1.
Mr Blaker's Private Secretary rang to say that Mr Blaker's HKK 30/3 solicitors had asked whether there had been any further corres-
pondence between Mr Blaker on the one hand and Mr Parry MP and Mr Cook MP on the other since Mr Blaker's letter to Mr Cook of 2 July 1980.

We have examined the file. The only subsequent letter is another one to Mr Cook of 11 July.
3.
Apparently this information was requested of Mr Blaker's solicitors by the solicitors for Private Eye, the defendants. So presumably the information would go to both parties.
Do you, however, see any objection to our telling either lot of solicitors about the correspondence? Should we obtain Mr Cook's permission first?
