Dear Sir Murray,

On 24th February 1982, I saw Mr. Robert Parry M.P. in-the-House of Commons and presented my case to him. Subsequent to a meeting with the Lord Privy Seal, the Rt. Hon. Humphrey Atkins M.P., Mr. Parry was advised that I may further petition the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, Lord Carrington, and Her Majesty the Queen for a review of my case. But first, this petition must be submitted through your office. Therefore, I am submitting with this letter a formal petition seeking review of my case by the proper authorities in London for your immediate action. These documents are being personally delivered to your office to facilitate this matter.

If my understanding is correct, please put forth my petition in due form to Lord Carrington with all possible urgency.

The Lord Privy Seal advised Mr. Parry that you would act upon this request within 24 hours. If this is not the proper procedure, please advise me immediately by telephone or cable as to what I must do since I am now basing my immediate plans on this information. address is as follows:
