Immigration Policy on Entry of UK Belongers

No visa is required for entry to Hong Kong.
The normal policy on entry for employment, residence or education relating to Aliens and Commonwealth citizens is not applied.
The initial period of stay is six months, followed by further periods of three years, leaving a final period of six months in which to decide whether the individual is to be allowed to complete his seven years' residence in Hong Kong and thereby acquire exemption from control as a resident UK belonger.
