IMMIGRATION (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS
1982
Made by the Governor in Council under
section 59
Citation and commencement.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Immigration
(Amendment) Regulations 1982 and shall come into operation
on 1 January 1983.
Revocation and replace- ment of
regulation 3.

2. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is
revoked and replaced by the following -
"Power to issue documents.
3. The Director may on application
and on payment of the prescribed fee, if
any, issue in such form as he may determine,
any travel document, entry permit, re-entry
permit, certificate of identity, document
of identity, Vietnamese refugee card or
other document.".
Amendment of regulation 11.
3.
Regulation 11(2) of the principal regulations
is amended by deleting "citizen of the United Kingdom and
Colonies" and substituting the following

"British citizen, a British Dependent Territories
citizen or a British Overseas citizen".
