Section 8(1) of the principal Ordinance is

(a) by deleting paragraph (b);

(b) by deleting the full stop at the end of

paragraph (c) and substituting a semicolon; and

(c) by inserting after paragraph (c) the

following paragraphs →

"(d) resident British citizens but subject

to section 20(6); and

(e) persons who immediately before 1. January

1983 were resident United Kingdom belongers

but subject to section 20(6).".
