(a) he/she has failed to comply with
a condition attached to his/her leave to
enter or has remained beyond the
authorised time; or
(b)
if the Secretary of State deems
his/her deportation to be conducive
to the public good; or
(c)
(a)
if she is the wife of or he/she is the
child under 18 of a person ordered
to be deported; or
if he/she, after reaching the age
of 17, is convicted of an offence
which is punishable with imprisonment
and the court recommends deportation.
