Explanatory Note

Regulation 2 replaces the existing regulation

3 of the principal regulations by a new regulation which

includes references to the additional documents that the

Director of Immigration had been empowered to issue by a

recent amendment to section 59 of the Immigration res Kor.SAURDO

Ordinance.

2.

Regulation 3 replaces a reference in the

principal regulations to a "citizen of the United Kingdom

and Colonies by a reference to the new categories of

citizens under the British Nationality Act 1981.
