Amendment of section 59.

Section 59 of the principal Ordinance is

amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting

the following

Addition of new section..

59A.

(b) the issue, in such form as the Director of

Immigration may determine, of any travel

document, entry permit, re-entry permit,

certificate' of identity, document of

identity, Vietnamese refugee card or

other document;"

10. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding,

after section 59, the following section -

"Amendment of First Schedule.

59A. The Governor in Council may

by order published in the Gazette

amend the First Schedule.".

(a) by deleting paragraphs (iii) and (iv);

(b) by inserting after paragraph (v) the

following paragraphs -

"(va) is a British citizen;

(vb)

immediately before 1 January 1983

was a United Kingdom belonger;
