Tribunal may give such directions as it thinks fit as to the lodgin filing of papers and otherwise in relation to the procedure in such a mar or proceeding.

60. The provisions of the Ordinances mentioned in the first column of the Schedule are amended as provided in the second column.

By deleting the definition of "final award" and substituting-

"final award" means the amount awarded under section 7 or, if the amount is reduced under section 8, the amount as so reduced;".

By deleting "for the appointment of a tenancy tribunal" and substituting "to the Lands Tribunal".

By deleting "in writing addressed to the Registrar of the Supreme Court for the appointment of a tenancy tribunal” and substituting "to the Lands Tribunal".

By deleting these subsections.

(a) By deleting "a tenancy tribunal as amended by any variation thereof made by the

Governor in Council on appeal" and sub- stituting-

"the Lands Tribunal";

(b) by deleting "or in the event of an appeal within fourteen days of the notification of the decision of the Governor in Council apply in writing to the President of the tenancy tribunal" and substituting "apply to the Lands Tribunal"; and

(c) by deleting "by such tribunal".

By deleting "the tenancy tribunal" in both places where it appears and "a tenancy tribunal" and substituting "the Lands Tribunal”.

(a) By deleting the colon and substituting a full

stop; and

(b) by deleting the proviso.
