13E. (1) The Director may at any time order
Flong Kong of Vietnamese refugee or person detained in Hong Kong und
section 13D to be removed from Hong Kong.

(2) An immigration officer may remove from Hong Kong in accordance with section 24 any person ordered to be removed from Hong Kong under subsection (1).".
8. Sections 24(1) and (4) and 32(1) and (4) of the principal Ordinance are amended by inserting after "18" wherever it occurs the following--
"or 13E".
9. Section 35 of the principal Ordinance is amended--
(a) in subsection (2) by deleting "The" and substituting the
following-
"Subject to this Ordinance, the";
(b) in subsection (3) by inserting after "immigration assistant" the
following-
officer of the Correctional Services Department"; and
(c) in subsection (4) by inserting after "immigration assistant"
wherever it occurs the following--
officer of the Correctional Services Department".

An Ordinance to amend the Supreme Court Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supreme Court (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance 1982.
2.
Section 54(2) of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) in paragraph (i) by deleting the full stop at the end of the
paragraph and substituting a semicolon; and
(b) by inserting after paragraph (i) the following paragraph-

"(j) prescribing the procedure for the payment of money into the Supreme Court by parties to arbitration proceedings; and without prejudice to the generality of this paragraph prescribing also-
(i) the effect upon such arbitration proceedings of the acceptance by any party to the arbitration proceedings of such money paid into the Supreme Court;
(ii) the circumstances in which, following payment into the Supreme Court of money by any party to arbitration proceedings, an arbitrator may amend that part of his award which relates to the payment of the costs of the reference; and
(iii) such incidental, supplementary and consequential provisions in relation to payment of money into the Supreme Court by parties to arbitration proceedings as the Rules Committee may consider necessary or expedient.".
Amendment of section 54. (Cap. 4.)
Section 57 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Amendment of after subsection (2) the following subsection-
"(3) For the purposes of this section "suitors" includes any party to arbitration proceedings who makes payment of money into the Supreme Court in accordance with rules of court.".
