A BILL

To

Amend the Immigration Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title and commence- ment.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance 1982 and

shall come into operation on 1 January 1983.

Amendment of section 2. (Cap. 115.)

Section 2(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended in the definition of "Vietnamese refugee"
