Article 8 is amended

(a) in paragraph (1)(c) by deleting "British subjects"

and substituting the following -

"British citizens, British Dependent

Territories citizens or British Overseas. citizens"; and

(b) in paragraph (3) by deleting "British subject" and

substituting the following

"British citizen, a British Dependent Territories citizen or a British Overseas citizen".

Article 8(4) is amended by deleting "citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies" and substituting the following

"British citizen, a British Dependent Territories citizen or a British Overseas citizen"

Article 11(4) is amended by deleting "citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies" and substituting the following

"British citizen, a British Dependent Territories citizen or a British Overseas citizen".
