Amendment

Section 22(1) is amended by deleting "citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies" and substituting the following -

"British citizen, British Dependent Territories citizen or British Overseas citizen"

•

1. Section 2(2) is amended by deleting the definition --of "national of the receiving State" and substituting the

following

"national of the receiving State" shall be construed

as meaning

(a)

(b)

a British citizen, a British Dependent Territories citizen or a British Overseas citizen; or

a British subject; or

(c) a British protected person.

•

2. Section 6(1)(a) is amended by deleting "citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies" and substituting the following

"British citizen, a British Dependent Territories citizen or a British Overseas citizen".

Section 4(2) and (3) is amended by deleting "British subjects and substituting the following

"Commonwealth citizens".
