"person of full age" means a person who

has attained the age of 18 years;

"registration" means registration of a

person as a citizen under the 1981

Act by the Governor.".

Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended

(a)

in subsection (1) -

(b)

(i) by inserting before "Act" the

following -

"1981"; and

(ii) by inserting after "conviction to" the

following

"a fine of $15,000 and"; and

in subsection (2)

(i) by inserting before "Act" the

following
