By the time this minute reaches you Mr McQuade will have asked you to mention our requirement for these specimen pass- ports to the Governor. As you know they are wanted for submission to the Prime Minister. If relying on the bag service from Hong Kong will mean delay might it be possible for the passports to be sent by hand of some reliable person travelling from Hong Kong to London.
