Paragraph 8 of your draft emphasises the implications for Hong Kong if Ministers do not seupport the principle of a unitary BDTC. The implications for other DTS are also important both to them and to certain MPs (Sir Bernard Braine and St Helena for example). This could be brought out by inserting 'and on behalf of other DTs' after 'Hong Kong' in line 2 of the third page of the draft and 'and other DTS' after 'Hong Kong' in line 4 of sub-paragraph (b) on the same page. The Caymans also contributed to the South Atlantic Fund (£500,000). This might be mentioned in sub-paragraph (b).
