Sheila Muir (Room 1611 Apollo House) of this Division, who is responsible for administrative preparations for the British Nationality Act 1981, will be available to see Mr Kuo at 2 p.m. I hope it will also be possible for him to see Don Greenhalgh (at present on leave) who is responsible for fees and pombly naturalisation, before going to Lunar House to see Alan Cogbill at 3 pm to discuss readmission to the United Kingdom.

3. It would probably be best for Mr Kuo to take up the question of the Regulations and Orders in Council to be made under section 41 of the 1981 Act (to which he refers at the end of the third paragraph of his letter) with the Nationality and Treaty Department.
