You should have received a copy last month of a letter (dated 10 December 1981) to Mr Clift from Mr Davies, Secretary of Security, Hong Kong, about the entitlement of some Hong Kong CUKCS to re-admission to the UK to have their passports renewed.

2.

We should be grateful for comments soon, and particularly on the Home Office point in paragraph 5 of Mr Davies's letter.
