Hothfield was transferred to BCAR from SCF on 1 July 1980.

5. The explanation for the nil settlement figure is that the refugees were transferred to other centres.

6. Gosport closed in September 1981 but was reopened in December 1981 to take refugees evacuated from Nelson Hall.

7. Haslemere closed in August 1981 but was also recponed in December 1981 to take refugees from Nelson Hall.
