Mr Pike's Visit to Hong Kong

Mr Pike will attend the Heads of Mission meeting in Bangkok on 13 143 December. Hong Kong have been invited to send Margolis (McLaren is unlikely to be available). If so, he could discuss with Mr Pike when he might visit Hong Kong: SEAD are not keen to squeeze this in immediately after the meeting.

8.

I attach a short summary of the situation that you may wish to give to Mr Pike.
