Thank you for your letter of 30 September, 1982. Obviously it is a matter which we wish to clarify.

I have written to Capital Radio seeking a copy of the transcript of Mr. Stephens' conversation, and I am also attempting to contact Mr. Stephens personally to obtain as much information on the matter as possible.

I will let you know the results of our enquiries as soon as I can. In the meantime thank you again for bringing it to my attention.
