On receipt of an instruction from Colony Polmil that a particular vessel is to be removed from Territorial waters. The occupants will first be removed and detained on board the launch/RN .vessel at scene. Vessels in the first category will then be towed to a
position on the lee side of Po Toi Island. A logistic launch will
collect the necessary fuel and stores from CAS in accordance with the provisioning scales at Annex A together with a Marine Dept. Officer, and convey them to the vessels location where it will be refuelled, re-provisioned, and its seaworthiness certified by the Marine Department
Officer.

Vessels in the second category will be towed to the lee side of Po Toi as above. At this position, the vessel and occupants will be handed over to a Royal Navy Patrol Craft which will continue the tow to
a pre-arranged position in international waters. At this position the occupants will be returned to their vessel and the Patrol Craft will then immediately leave the scene.

Throughout the operation, a form as at Annex B will be completed by each craft involved.
Command
9.
RC M will command the operation in consultation with CAPIC HK, Action at the scene will be commanded by the senior officer aboard the towing police launch/Patrol Craft.

Inform DOO M, SO Ops M, SSO Ops M, SOON RN;
Instruct police launch/Patrol Craft at scene to act
in accordance with para. 12 below;
