Amend the Immigration Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the

Immigration (Amendment) Ordinance 1982.

Amendment of section 2.

(Cap: 115.)

2. Section 2(4)(a) of the principal Ordinance

is amended by inserting after sub-paragraph (ii) the
