As I mentioned to you during our telephone conversation, please do pass on my compliments to the Secretary for the meeting. Discussions on the day, even for the duration of my attendance, were complex and to some extent diffuse. Yet, the minutes of the meeting are clear, very readable and remarkably accurate.
