Your letter FA 243/5 of 25 January covered two points; the level of any contributions in response to the appeal for funds for the Orderly Departure Programme (ODP) and the UNHCR's use of the phrase 'legal departures'.

2. On the first issue the sum so far pledged is $1.4 million. This is made up as follows:
