Dear Mr Lu Ruiling
> Mald
I have been asked by Mr H M G Stevens, Assistant Secretary of the Civil Aviation International Relations Division of the Department of Trade, to convey to you the following message:
Begins: Thank you for your letter of 27 July. I am glad we shall be able to meet in the autumn to discuss matters of mutual concern. Unfortunately dates at the end of August or in early September are not possible because of summer holidays. A meeting towards the end of October has the advantage that it will enable us to review the development of traffic during the peak summer months. I hope therefore that you will be able to come to London at that time, and I look forward to hearing whether the dates proposed in the week commencing 25 October will be convenient to you.
Ends.

Yours sincerely
