HONG KONG AIRPORT (CONTROL OF OBSTRUCTIONS) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 1982

Made by the Governor in Council under section 3

Citation.

Interpre- tation.

1.

This order may be cited as the Hong Kong Airport

(Control of Obstructions) (Consolidation) Order 1982..

2. In this order, and in the plans numbered LM/144 ›

to LM/152 inclusive referred to in paragraph 3, unless the

context otherwise requires

"formed level" in relation to a building site means

the level of the lowest floor of a building

erected on the site or the mean ground level

under such a building, whichever is the lower;

"plans approved by the Building Authority" means

plans approved under the Buildings Ordinance by

the Building Authority as defined in the Buildings

Ordinance or under the Buildings Ordinance 1935

and which are available for inspection by the

public at the office of the Building Development

Department;
