(f) (para 10, third sentence): I believe the choice of 'Swatow and Amoy as sites for other SEZS is related to the
strength of the Chiu Chow and Hokkien communities in South East Asia rather than to the proximity of Taiwan.
(g) (para 11, fourth sentence): I think it would be truer to say that Shenzhen and Zhuhai promote the cause of rather than provide opportunities for peaceful reunification.
(i) (para 11, eighth sentence): I am not sure, but I think Wang Kuang's disapproval of the development of Shenzhen is based on the perception that the town is becoming a simple economic extension of Hong Kong rather than on a perceived threat to his own position.
(j) (para 14, third sentence): 'a sinified version of the present pattern of administration'?

(para 14, end): I would be happier with 'no other decisions have been taken' than with 'all other options remain open'.
