The Secretary of State has seen your submission of
1 March and has agreed that he should write to the Prime Minister on the lines suggested. He sees no need for an office meeting on this at the moment and also believes that a meeting with the Prime Minister at this stage would be premature, given that she does not visit the area until September. The last paragraph of the minute has been amended accordingly.
