Thank you for your letter of 11 February. glad we had a chance to meet in Manila. My tour of
South East Asia was I think very worthwhile.
On the Prime Minister's visit to China, planning has
not yet advanced very far. We have the Shanghai
ship-launching proposal very much in mind, and I
shall ensure that you are brought into the picture at
the earliest possible moment once we have some firm
dates and ideas:
