I enclose a copy of a further letter which the Prime Minister has received from Sir Y. K. Pao. I should be grateful if you would let me have by 22 February a draft reply for the Prime Minister's signature covering, in particular, the suggestion that the Prime Minister might launch a ship in Shanghai during her visit to China and also covering, in the light of Y. K. Pao's fourth paragraph, the current situation about an invitation to Mr. Gu Mu to visit this country.
