The Prime Minister, accompanied by those shown on the attached passenger list at Appendix A, will leave for Tokyo from London Heathrow (Southside) at 1100 hours on Thursday 16 September.
The party will travel in an RAF VC 10 Task No. 1142.
Arrival time in Tokyo is 1300 hours local time on Friday 17 September. During the outward journey, there will be a refuelling stop at Elmendorf, Alaska.
All flying times were given in the Administrative Arrangements already issued.

SECURITY BOXES, GIFTS, NO. 10 LUGGAGE ETC
13 September
FCO Security Officers plus 2 vans will collect cases (wines etc) from No. 10 Downing Street for delivery to Gatwick Air Terminal by 1830 hours for flight BR 382 ETD 2000 hours (Desk 86/88: Joint Service Trooping Desk, Petty Officer Jones).
15 September
FCO Security Officers plus 2 vans will collect 5 gift hampers and 6 boxes (silver) from No. 10 Downing Street at 1500 hours for delivery to London Airport (Southside) direct to the RAF VC 10 at 1600 hours.
16 September
Two vans plus FCO Security Officers have been reserved for the journey to London Airport (Southside) from No. 10 Downing Street. Mr Logan plus Security Officers will accompany the No. 10 luggage and confidential boxes, etc. The vans will leave No. 10 Downing Street at 0800 hours to arrive at Southside VIP Suite at 0900 hours.
