Thank you for your letter of 13 September about participation in the Hong Kong programme.

The details enclosed with your letter are acceptable, but:

(a) Would you please delete the Press Secretary and Mr. Gray

from the initial discussions at Government House.

(b)

Would you please insert an additional Private Secretary for the visit to Castle Peak etc., on 28 September.

I agree that either Robin Butler or I will take records at the various meetings and will ask for local help only if this is necessary.
