Re: Request for joining U.K. Organising Tour

As Madam Margaret Thatcher is visiting Peking in September and a "U.K. Organising Tour" has been organised to go along to report her visit, we would like to send one of our reporters to join the Tour so as, to obtain first hand information.
On this special occassion, there must be a lot of information that the press and the public in Hong Kong would like to know about particularly on the topic of "Hong Kong-1997". You are sure to agree that this is the spirit and responsibility of a journalist to provide the readers with a more comprehensive and precise picture on such matter of their closest concern.
We plan to send Miss Corinna Lam (Holder of H.K.I.D. card no. E957152) to join the Tour in Peking. We are prepared to pay all necessary fees including accomodations and transportation, etc.
