COMPOSITION OF THE PARTY

A full list of those in the Prime Minister's party is shown at Appendix I.

(b) The press party travelling in the Prime Minister's aircraft is shown

at Appendix II. There will be changes in the press party on some

of the Far Eastern sectors. Details to be notified.

TRAVEL

(a) The party will travel throughout the tour by VC 10 (Task Ascot 1142)

except between Peking, Shanghai and Canton when they will travel on a Chinese Government Trident.

(b)

The detailed itinerary, together with other relevant travel details, is shown at Appendix III.

PROGRAMMES

The provisional programmes for the tour, which are subject to final confirmation, are shown at Appendix IV.

5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

(a)

All those travelling must be carrying valid passports.

(b)

(c)

Visas are required for entry to the Peoples' Republic of China only.

Innoculations against typhoid, tetanus and polio are recommended for all three countries.
