/ 1. I attach a copy of a telegram from the Governor of Hong Kong
on the question of guest lists for the dinner at Government House on Sunday 26 September and the reception on Monday 27 September.

The reception seems to present no problems but the Governor would like to know if there are any particular names No 10 would like to be included in the dinner.
