BACKGROUND

3.

Mr Rossi visited Hong Kong from 4-8 November at the

invitation of Dr Harry Fang, a member of the Executive Council

and Chamber of Rehabilitation International.

The main purpose

of his visit was to officiate at the Far East and South

Pacific Games for the Disabled.
