1. We have heard from Dr Owen's office that he will be stopping-over
He is intending in Hong Kong on his way to Australia in August. to arrive in Hong Kong on the morning of 24 August and leave in the evening of 25 August. From what his office have said, it looks as though Dr Owen would welcome an invitation to stay at Government House for the night of 24 August. We of course have not committed you in any way as we do not know what your plans are then, but
Please let me know you may like to consider what you could arrange.
If you want to what you would like us to say to Dr Owen's people. write to him direct his address is: 78 Narrow Street, Limehouse, London E14 8BP.
