Coffee Arraement 1976

I refer to your letter of 5th March to Mr. K Y Young, and a teleletter dated 18th May from Ar. 0 0 idgar concaming the continued participation of Hong Kong in the International Coffee Agreement, After seeking the advice of the Trade Advisory Bourd, I am now able to advise that Hong Kong does not wish to seek to have the International Coffee Agreement extended to it after 30th September 1982.
