1 have the honour to refer to my outer dated 26 May 1982 asking you to advise me of the names and official titles of your representatives to the thirty-third session of the Regional Committee for the Western Pacific by 30 July 1982.

I should also like to remind you of the second paragraph of kule 3-of the Fules of Frocedure of the Regional Committee for the Western Pacific, which stipulates that "Ihe credentials of representatives shall be delivered to the Director, if possible not less than one day before the opening of the session of the Committee."

I hope you will be able to ensure that, in addition to advising me of the names of your representatives, their iormal credentials can be either submitted by nail prior to the opening of the session or carried by hand by
