Article 15

MOD 95

Except as specified in 95A expenses incurred by the regional administrative conferences referred to in 42 shall be borne in accordance with their

unit classification by all, Members of the region

concerned.

ADD 95A

Reasons

Members of one region who have an interest in the work of a regional administrative conference relating to another region may participate

in such a conference and contribute to the

expenses of such a conference at a lower rate than that of their normal unit class. Members

concerned shall elect, in accordance with

[No 92 and No 94] the level of their contribution

for such conferences.

Where Members, whose principle interests lie

in one region, attend an administrative

conference of another region, either as observers

or because of an interest in the work of the

Conference, it is often unreasonable to expect

them to pay at their full class of contribution.

The existing provision thus discourages such attendance or results in an inequitable

distribution of costs.
