ODA REVIEW OF THE WORK OF THE COMMONWEALTH FORESTRY INSTITUTE IN RELATION TO THE AID PROGRAMME

The Minister has asked for a review of the CFI and Mr Anthony, Dr Gwyer and I are to undertake this. We need full details of all CFI inputs to the Aid Programme during the Financial Years 1979/80 to 1981/82 and with the agreement of BCD I attach a questionnaire. I should be grateful if your return could be made to me in E305 by Monday 23 August at the latest.
