1. The Directorate of Overseas Surveys of the ODA who lead the UK delegations to these conferences have asked whether Hong Kong or Brunei would like to nominate members of the delegation. It appears that they have done so in previous years.

2. I should be grateful if you would ask Hong Kong/Brunei whether they are interested, and if so, whether they would let us have the name and details of their nominee as soon as they can.
