the new Chief Adviser on Science and Technology to the Hong Kong

Government.

I knew John Wright well when he was a Professor at the University of Aston and subsequently Head of the Steel Castings Research and Trade Association in Sheffield. I would appreciate any advice which

the FCO could give me on how to handle the meeting which seems

likely to take place this Spring.
