Subject: Diplomatic representation of the Presidency in non-member
countries in the first half of 1982
With a view to applying the procedural arrangements approved by the Council on 11 October 1977 for deciding which Member State is to carry out the duties of the Presidency in non-member
countries (1), delegations will find below:
in Annex I: the list of non-member countries indicating the Member State which is to perform the functions of the Presidency during the first half of 1982;
in Annex II: the list of Member States' diplomatic posts in
non-member countries.

As regards the list of Member States appearing under (c) of the Council Decision it should be pointed out that as Article 2 of the Merger Treaty has been amended by the Act of Accession of Greece (Article 11) this list should read as follows:
