Should a delegation raise objections to the report, the matter' will be referred to the Working Party of Commercial Counsellors.
The General Secretariat of the Council shall duly arrange through the Presidency for an acknowledgement of receipt to be sent to the authors of the reports informing them whether, and from what dai, the report is to be considered official. A copy shall be
sent to the Commission.
III. Observations and remarks on Commercial Counsellors' reports
With a view to stimulating their activities the Commercial
Counsellors should from time to time be advised of reactions to their
work, on the basis of a periodic Commission report to the Working
Party of Commercial Counsellors. The Commission's report should cover the various subjects dealt with in the reports and the method of presentation.
IV. Special provisions concerning the procedure applicable to ad hoc
reports requested by the Commission

The Commission shall send any requests for ad hoc reports or further particulars to the Presidency with copies to the Secretariat and the Permanent Representations.
Upon receiving its copies, the Secretariat shall inform the Permanent Representations and the competent authorities of the Member States who so require, by telex, of the subject of these requests and remind them that they have four working days from the date of receipt of the telex to submit their
