Personnel of national services posted to the territory of Macao, will remain in their present situation until they return to their respective Ministries or are integrated in the territory's own cadres with the consent of the Governor. Incorporated civil servants will be subject to the provisions of the previous paragraph.

Article 75 In order that the population of the territory of Macao may be better represented, the Legislative Assembly must use the powers granted to it in sub-para (t) of article 31 during the first legislature, and give its opinion on the composition and form of appoint ment of the Deputies.

Article 76 - 1.

Elections for the Legislative Assembly and the

Advisory Council will be held within 90 days of the entry into force of the present Statute.

2. The Council created under article 2, no 1 of Decree-Law 360/74 of 17 August, will remain in force in accordance with the wording established in Official Order 574/74 of 6 September, until the Legislative Assembly and the Advisory Council start functioning.
